Questions couples ask
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code on the table and everything opens in the browser already on their phone. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and no password to remember. That is the point: a wedding experience platform works for the guests who would never download anything.
How do I collect photos from wedding guests without an app?
Put one QR code on every table, not just a sign by the door. The code opens a browser page where guests type their name and upload straight from their camera roll. Give them a reason to open it, such as a live wall on a screen or a set of photo challenges, and the photos arrive as a side effect of having fun.
Is a wedding experience platform the same as a wedding website?
No. A wedding website handles everything before the day: invitations, RSVPs, the registry, travel details. A wedding experience platform handles the day itself and what guests make during it, then keeps all of it for the couple afterward. Most couples have both.
How is it different from a wedding photo sharing app?
Photo collection is the floor, not the ceiling. A wedding experience platform adds the live wall on a screen, the day’s program, games the whole room plays at once, a video guestbook, and song requests, and a DJ can run the interactive parts from a dashboard. A photo app collects photos and stops there.

Photos upload at every celebration. Video uploads to the shared wall open on the wedding day, while video guestbook messages can be recorded at any of them.
What happens to everything after the wedding?
Every photo, video, story, trivia answer, and guestbook message is kept in the couple’s private memory portal for twelve months after the wedding date. The couple can export all of it at any time as a single ZIP organised into folders. After twelve months it is deleted.
Do we need a DJ to use it?
No. Anything a DJ does from the dashboard, a friend with a laptop can do too: reveal trivia answers, read the funniest story aloud, watch the song queue. The reveals land harder with a DJ on the microphone, which is why many DJs now offer the platform as part of their package.
