Packages are charged in two parts: a 25% deposit at booking and the remaining 75% auto-charged 30 days before your wedding. Both payments are processed by Stripe; we never hold card details ourselves.
Deposits are non-refundable.The deposit reserves your date, provisions your event infrastructure, and covers Stripe processing fees we can’t recover if you cancel. Booking with us means agreeing that the deposit stays with us regardless of whether you ultimately hold the wedding through us.
Final payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the wedding. Before that window, the final payment is fully refundable on cancellation.
Postponementsare different from cancellations. If your wedding moves to a new date, reply to your deposit confirmation email and we’ll transfer your booking (deposit and any progress you’ve made) to the new date at no extra cost.
If Partake fails to deliver:the platform is down on your wedding day because of something on our end, your event data is lost while still inside the 12-month retention window due to our error, or any other failure that’s on us. In any of those cases we’ll refund in full. This policy covers our responsibility to you; it does not cover refunds you might want for reasons outside our control (venue closures, wedding cancellations, etc.).
Failed auto-charge:if the final payment fails, we retry 3 times over 5 days and send you an email each time. If it still hasn’t gone through after that, the event is locked (read-only) until payment is sorted out. No data is deleted during a lock.
